Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all business relationships between Adriom doo (hereinafter referred to as "Adriom") and its customers. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary AGB of the customer do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed in writing.

2. Contracting Party

The contracting party is Adriom doo, Emerald, Zubacki Put BB, 85000 Bar, Montenegro. Adriom doo is a subsidiary company of Prime Realty, Stuttgart, Germany.

3. Services

Adriom mediates real estate in Montenegro. The services include consultation, mediation and support in real estate transactions. The exact services result from the respective mediation contract.

4. Commission

The amount of the commission is agreed in the mediation contract. The commission becomes due as soon as the purchase contract or rental contract has been effectively concluded.

5. Liability

Adriom is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it is a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place.

6. Data Protection

Adriom undertakes to treat all personal data confidentially and to use it only within the framework of legal provisions. You can find more information in our privacy policy.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Montenegro applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bar, Montenegro, provided that the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or public-law special fund.
